1. The service
The platform sells eSIM data packages for use abroad, physical SIM cards and mobile top-ups. Packages are provided through the suppliers and mobile operators who carry the connection; coverage, speed and usage conditions are as stated in each package description.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and up to date.
- Do not share your password or sign-in codes; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- Tell us at once if you believe your account has been used without permission.
- When you sign in with Google, Apple or Facebook, that provider’s own terms apply as well.
3. Orders and delivery
- Once an order is confirmed the eSIM is delivered as a QR code or activation details, by email or in the panel.
- Before installing, it is your responsibility to check that your device supports eSIM and is not carrier-locked.
- Validity and data allowance work as stated in the package description; validity starts at first connection or activation as described there.
4. Refunds
Orders that cannot be delivered or fulfilled by the supplier are refunded. An eSIM that has been installed and started is a digital service performed immediately and is, as a rule, not refundable; problems caused by a technical fault are assessed individually. Use the support screen or the contact address below.
5. Dealer terms
Dealer accounts are opened by the platform after an application and identity check. As a dealer:
- Sales are drawn from your prepaid balance and the credit limit assigned to you; when your balance goes negative you are expected to settle it.
- Balance top-ups are credited after the bank transfer is notified and the receipt is checked.
- You earn commission, at the rates shown in the panel, on purchases made by customers attributed to you during their attribution period.
- You must process your customers’ personal data only as far as the sale requires and in line with data protection law.
- Accounts with incomplete verification, forged documents or detected abuse may be suspended or closed.
6. Prohibited use
- Using the service unlawfully or in a way that infringes others’ rights,
- Straining the system with automated tools or trying to get around its security,
- Opening accounts or placing orders in someone else’s name without permission.
7. Limitation of liability
Connectivity is provided by suppliers and operators; to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by coverage, network outages or operator-side slowdowns. In any case our liability is limited to the price of the order concerned.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the current version is published on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
